Not gonna lie, I’m happy with my order from Ash & Ember Outdoors. The material feels sturdy, the overall quality is really solid, and it seems like it’s built to last. There was one small finish detail that could’ve been a little better, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, I’m glad I bought it and I’d definitely order again.

I bought this because it looked good, and I remember stuff like this being better quality before. It looked nice out of the box, but once I actually used it, the comfort just wasn’t there. It felt kind of stiff and awkward after a little while, and I kept having to adjust it, which got annoying. Maybe it works for someone else, but it wasn’t for me, and I probably wouldn’t order from ashandemberoutdoors.com again

I tried browsing ashandemberoutdoors.com, but the whole look threw me off quickly. The pages felt cluttered, like things were just dropped in random spots, and the colors and fonts didn’t really work together. A few images looked rough on my screen too. I was sitting there like, make it make sense, because it just didn’t feel clean or easy to use.

I really wish I had read the reviews before using this. When I actually needed help, it took forever to get a response, and even then it wasn’t very useful. Frustrating experience overall.

I tried to use the warranty thinking it would be a simple fix, but it just turned into a whole stressful runaround I wasn’t expecting. I got nowhere after spending way too much time on it, and it felt like the warranty didn’t help me at all. Definitely not buying from here again.

Cleaning this has been way more of a hassle than I expected. The upkeep is annoying, and it feels like no one really thought through how much work it would take to maintain. I don’t mind regular cleaning, but the company should be more upfront about how difficult it is or do a better job designing it to be easier to care for...

I sent my jacket back and thought the refund process would be straightforward, but I ended up having to chase them twice. To be fair, the money did come through in the end, but the whole return experience felt slower and more frustrating than it needed to be.

It looks okay now that it’s all put together, but I don’t know why the assembly had to be so frustrating. The instructions weren’t super clear, and a few of the holes didn’t line up right, which made it take way longer than it should have.

I really liked how this gear looked when I first got it, and if you’re only using it lightly or once in a while, it might be totally fine. But after just a few trips, the stitching started to come loose and the material looked more worn than I expected. It still does the job for now, so I wouldn’t say it’s useless, but for the price, I thought it would be a bit more durable.
